The following terms and conditions establish the agreement between you and Cheap Airport Minicab Epsom. By booking a taxi and utilizing our service, you implicitly agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

1. Definitions

In this agreement, “Cheap Airport Minicab Epsom,” “we,” or “us” denotes the service-providing company. The terms “you” and “your” refer to any individual, business, or company making a booking with us.

2. Booking

2.1 Ensure sufficient time allocation for your journey, especially for airport transfers with specific check-in times. Cheap Airport Minicab Epsom is not liable for delays resulting from inadequate time allocation or failure to be ready for collection at the designated time.

2.2 It is your responsibility to request a car of suitable size for passengers and luggage. No guarantee is provided for excessive luggage, and a child, regardless of age, is considered a single passenger.

2.3 Wheelchair access requests should be made at the time of booking.

3. Prices & Payment

3.1 Our quotes are based on information provided by you. Prices, unless stated otherwise, exclude VAT, which will be charged if applicable. We reserve the right to adjust quotes for significant itinerary changes.

3.2 The quote includes a 45-minute waiting period and airport parking costs. Additional waiting time is subject to standard waiting rates. Flight details will be reviewed, but adjustments are not obligatory.

3.3 Upon accepting a quote, review the booking confirmation for accuracy. Failure to notify Cheap Airport Minicab Epsom of any discrepancies absolves us of responsibility for resulting delays or costs.

3.4 Payment methods accepted: cash, credit card, or debit card.

4. The Service

4.1 Passenger behavior is your responsibility. Charges may apply for vehicle soiling, damage, or negative impacts.

4.2 Eating, drinking, or smoking in the car is not allowed.

4.3 Children must be appropriately restrained based on height, weight, and age.

4.4 Compliance with licensing or insurance limits on passenger count is mandatory.

5. Cancellations

5.1 Notify Cheap Airport Minicab Epsom promptly for cancellations. Charges apply if a vehicle is canceled after dispatch, based on driver time and distance covered.

5.2 Online booking cancellations pre-dispatch may incur charges.

6. Liability

6.1 Cheap Airport Minicab Epsom is not liable for losses due to delays beyond our control. We are not responsible for losses incurred by you or your business.

6.2 Luggage is transported at your own risk.

6.3 In case of a breakdown, we aim to provide an alternative car promptly.

6.4 You will not hold Cheap Airport Minicab Epsom liable for expenses, damages, costs, or losses resulting from actions or omissions by anyone in your party.

6.5 Liability limitations do not apply to personal injury, death, negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful default, or matters deemed unenforceable by applicable laws.

7. Termination

7.1 We reserve the right to terminate or refuse a booking immediately if a vehicle or driver is endangered by abuse, violence, or damage from you or any passenger. No refunds are provided for terminated journeys.

8. Miscellaneous

8.1 Cheap Airport Minicab Epsom may subcontract obligations, and you may not transfer your rights or obligations under this agreement.

8.2 We may modify terms and conditions; please review them regularly. Existing bookings will be honored at the rates in effect during booking.

8.3 Data is handled per the Data Protection Act of 1988.

8.4 This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Cheap Airport Minicab Epsom and yourself.

8.5 No third party can enforce rights under this agreement without written agreement.

9. Disputes

Any dispute or claim must be made within 30 days of the booking pickup date. Cheap Airport Minicab Epsom is not obligated to entertain claims or disputes made after this timeframe.
